what do you think

we would like other ideas for maintaining personal goals after completion of life coaching and other self improvement courses.\

we meet regulary to keep our morale high  and would like to share our thoughts on this and would like to have input to help us and any one else who needs it maintain positive self growth .

we would appreciate any good reference materials that we can pass on to those who need it and also to keep us motivated positively.

it was nice to have acheived something  i am the one at the back with red hair  it was also a little overwhelming I was nominated for the award by my boss at the community centre where I volunteer.  our group meets there,weekly as a supporting motivational group. the Cotmandene community resource centre  also promotes education, community development and community welfare in our area.  http://www.bromley.gov.uk/advice/advice/org_centre_cotmandene.htm

what do you feel about community project

I have generally found them worth while.

iwent to the IMAF in london yesterday  just to see what i had missed over the weekend that it was on , i am glad i went i got to have a nice chat with people who would on a busier day not had time i spoke to girls from the sweatdrop.com a uk based manga studio and actually chatted to some trade and others i wish i could have stayed longer but will down load the photos i took when ive got them back the festival enteants were amazing talents saw a whole anime dvd wish could have seen more it was well worth the visit and am putting it into my calender for next year
